Should you lose the #1 spot in your suburb, the Leaderboard advert will be removed and the recent sales showcase will remain and be updated regularly.
No other agent will be able to buy the #1 Leaderboard advert for that suburb whilst you remain a subscriber to the #1 Leaderboard Showcase AND the Local Expert Monthly Column.
